The Irons family came up with the idea of a reversal ministry in 1997 after being members of the QuiverFull Digest.  After seeing the regret of many families over sterilization surgeries, Dawn proposed that families come together and all contribute to donating towards surgical funds.  The ministry came online in October 1997 with 23 families and has funded numerous reversal surgeries in that time!

The Breitenbach family was very integral in helping the Irons family get the ministry established and online.  Deni was very adept in online communications and teaching Dawn how to run email forums when Dawn didn't even know how to send an email! The Breitenbach family has since moved on to other areas of ministry in their life but we will always be grateful for their valuable help in the infancy stages of getting Blessed Arrows off the ground and firmly rooted.
