FAQ

Is Blessed Arrows an insurance program in which our donations are considered premiums for coverage?

bullet

No. BA is not an insurance program.  We are a group of Christian people who are all financially chipping in to help another Christian family fund their reversal surgery. All donations go into a savings account under the name of the specific couple we are funding.

I want to be on the waiting list.  What do I need to do?

To apply for financial assistance through Blessed Arrows you must first be a registered member of our discussion group.  To register go to www.blessedarrows.org and click on the button that says JOIN BA.  You must complete both steps to register correctly (send the email and complete the online form.)

Once you have been approved for membership to the discussion group, you can then apply for financial assistance. Go to www.blessedarrows.org and click on the button APPLICATION.  This is an extensive application and you must read all the requirements for funding before filling out the application.  Both spouses need to fill out their respective portion on the application.  It can take approximately 6-8 weeks to process an application.  Please give us adequate enough time to process your application before contacting us.  As the old addage says, "Don't call us...WE WILL CONTACT YOU!"  With the number of applications that we have to process we cannot constantly answer questions about the status of a given application.  If you have not heard from us in 6-weeks THEN you may contact us.  But normally we notify you when we receive your application and let you know we will be in touch when we begin processing it.

Are donation required to be a part of Blessed Arrows?

bullet

Yes.  For those on our WAITING LIST it is required that a MONTHLY donation be on the books.  For our regular members we do not specify how often or how much the donation should be.  We have a Roll Call every six months and if a member has not made a donation during that time they will be unsubbed from the discussion list.

bullet

Are my donations tax deductible?

bullet

No.  Donations are NOT tax deductible.  We purposely chose NOT to become a 501(c)3 organization so that we would not be required to accept applications that did not meet with our charter requirements and statement of faith.

If you have a question that is not answered here, please email us.

Please remember the primary purpose this site even exists is to collect donations and FUND these reversal surgeries!!  If that offends you, then this is NOT the place for you.  Collecting donations for the surgeries is what this ministry is about. Make no mistake...IT IS ABOUT THE MONEY to get the surgeries funded
