When we announce our bi-anual ROLL CALL,
you must fill out this form in order to be considered to have
RESPONDED to the ROLL CALL.

If you do not fill out this form during the ROLL CALL period, you will be unsubbed from the discussion list at the end of the ROLL CALL period.

Be sure you READ our charter before responding to the ROLL CALL.
All donations are NON_REFUNDABLE and will be applied 100% to the surgical funds.

We only accept Biblically married couples into the discussion group.

How Often will you donate:

If you are going to donate via paypal with a verified account what amount do you wish to donate so that we can send you a paypal invoice? You can change the dollar amount as needed, but we need to have a general dollar amount so that we can send the invoice. $

If you do not have a VERIFIED paypal account you must send donation via postal mail. Your subscription to BA will be renewed upon receipt of your donation sent via postal mail.
