Dear Blessed Arrows,

Thank you for your letter regarding our Microsurgical Tubal Reversal
(MTR) program and fees.

I have specialized in MTR procedures for the past 22 years, and ours
is one of the largest microsurgery centers on the West Coast.  Our
published pregnancy rates are among the highest of any center.  Our
center is also unique in the fact that we have our own fully licensed
operating and recovery room on site, and provide these procedures in
an ambulatory (out-patient) setting.

Our package price for an MTR procedure is $8,800 and this includes
all fees.  This is a significant reduction from the $22-28,000 fees
charged by our university centers in this area for the same
procedure.  As you know, the cost of living in Northern California is
among the highest in the United States, and thus our fee will not be
as low as that in the South or Midwestern U.S.
