 Hello my name is Amy Tallman....my Dh name is Craig and he had a vas. reversal with Dr. Streeter on Feb.19th 1999....we really liked him he was very personal and talked with us alot....he does his reversals just as a ministry..... he  doesn't due vas just reversals....he offers people an afforable price so they can get there reversals done. He does not use micro surgery though....but we felt that if God wanted us to have more childern that it didnt matter what Dr. we choose because it was up to Him
anyway....Dr. Streeter even tells you that when your there "that I am just the tool but its ultimently up to God whether  you have more childern" and thats how we felt ....we did prayer hard about it and we had even thought of going to Tx. where they do do micro surgery....but God told us no that this was the Dr. for us and we were to trust HIM.....So we went....and we concieved just 2 months after our surgery.....we are currently 11 weeks Pg and everything is going great........Hope this might help your friends.....If you have any questions....let me know......

    Dr. Streeter was the instrument the Lord used to accomplish our hearts' desire to have a reversal 10yrs after a vas.
Our desire to reverse came soon after the Lord Jesus opened our eyes and ears to His truth as He began to draw us
to Himself.
We reversed in Dec. '96. We flew out to Indiana from Pa. on fri....the surgery was on Sat. morning  and we were home
Sunday afternoon. Dr. Streeter and his staff were very nice to us from our phone conversations in setting up the
surgery as well as meeting with us and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. DH said that the surgery
itself was no more painful then the original vas. and having been in the room to witness the whole procedure I can
tell you first hand that he did very well. We prayed for the Lord to guide the doctor's hands and we rested in that.
I must tell you that we didn't do any sort of detailed research on the matter of vas reversals beforehand and the only
qualification that DH was looking for most in the doctor who would perform the procedure was that he not perform
vasectomies. We knew nothing about micro/macro/or anything like that.........we didn't even have internet access at
the time......we had a Christian publication given to us by friends where Dr. Streeter was listed along with some other
doctors (listed with BA) All we knew is that attempting to control  our fertility was not for us as believers to do and
the Lord clearly showed us that in His Word.
We were one of those couples who were to wait a little longer than most before conceiving, but 25 months post
op...the Lord would open our womb!~~~~Hannah Grace was born on Sept. 22, 1999 and her big brother Billy(18) and
big sis Chantal(13) were both there to witness the birth and daddy and mommy are enjoying her every minute!! She's
now six months old. We are so blessed by the fact that the Lord is in control of our fertility now and I tell you that it
is so wonderful to know that~

My reversal was done almost 6 years ago, and I can't remember the exact fee.
Dr. Dennis Streeter in Merrillville, Indiana did the surgery. He was wonderful,
and the surgery was medically "successful" according to a hysterosalpingogram
done a year after the reversal. We have not been blessed with any more children
as of yet, but I do want you to know that as far as Dr. Streeter's expertise goes,
it's tops! In fact, a friend had it done by him the same day, and she has already
had a little boy.
I must tell you, though, that at the time I had my done, I did choose Dr. Streeter
from the list of doctors given to me at one of Mr. Gothard's seminars. He was the
most inexpensive one, and the reason is because he does it on an "out-patient"
basis. Pain management was the most difficult problem. As you probably know,
it is major abdominal surgery, and most patients are hospitalized for several days.
That is not the case with Dr. Streeter. I went directly from the recovery room
stretcher to my hotel room and flew home two days later. I just thought I would let
you know that. Also, for your information, he did my neighbor's vasectomy reversal.
He is a thoracic surgeon but does the reversals as a ministry for the Lord.

Steve's reversal was Oct. 17 of 1998 (with Dr. Streeter).
Abby was conceived exactly 2 weeks later and will be 2 on July 23rd.
Gracie was conceived when Abby was 5 months old, and Kristi is due in
January 2002 with their third reversal baby who was conceived when Gracie was 6, almost 7 months old.
God truly is good.
